Victoria Louise Lott, plus communément désignée sous le nom de Pixie Lott, est une auteure-compositeure-interprète britannique née le 12 janvier 1991. Son premier single, Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh), ainsi que son 2e single, Boys and Girls, ont été classés n°1 des ventes de single au Royaume-Uni[1]. En France, le single se classe 10e des ventes lors de la semaine de sa sortie[2]. Le 3e single de l'album, Cry Me Out, se classe 12e au Royaume-Uni. Un 4e single, Gravity, est prévu pour mars 2010, ainsi qu'un 5esingle, Turn It Up.
Le 1er album de Pixie Lott, Turn It Up, est sorti le 14 septembre 2009.
Elle a été sacrée Meilleure artiste MTV Pulse aux European MTV Awards 2009.
Lott a sorti le morceau "Boys and Girls" comme son premier single aux États-Unis le 24 Août 2010. La sortie correspond avec la première de son premier film, Fred: The Movie. En Janvier 2010, Lott a été nommée parmi l'une des "Faces to Watch" à surveiller par le magazine américain, Billboard. L'album de Pixie Lott, Turn It Up, sortira aux États-Unis début 2011.

Victoria Lott est née dans le quartier de Bromley, Londres en 1991. Elle vit à Essex avec son père Bruce Welch, membre des Shadows[réf. nécessaire], et sa mère, femme au foyer, elle est la benjamine de la famille, ayant un grand frère et une grande sœur[3]. Son père, le guitariste des Shadows, la surnomma "Pixie" en référence au groupe culte des années 90, "Pixies".

En 2008, elle a passé l'audition pour la série britannique Britannia High, mais n'a pas été retenue. C'est durant cette audition qu'elle fut remarquée. Elle a aussi participé à American Idol en 2008, mais n'a pas non plus été retenue.
[modifier] Turn It Up (2009-actuellement)
Elle fait actuellement la première partie des concerts de Rihanna.
Pixie vit maintenant à Bromley, dans le sud-est de Londres.
Elle a participé à l'album de Selena Gomez, When The Sun Goes Down en chantant un duo : We Own The Night.
