L'Open de Nice Côte d’Azur est un tournoi de tennis masculin du circuit professionnel ATP, disputé de 1971 à 1995.
Après quinze ans d'interruption, l'ATP Tour annonce en novembre 2009 la reprise du tournoi de Nice dès la sasion suivante, en remplacement de l'Open de Kitzbühel, soit la semaine précédant les Internationaux de France de Roland-Garros.
Une unique édition féminine de l'épreuve (WTA) s'est tenue en 1988, remportée par Sandra Cecchini en simple.
