L'Oldham Athletic Association Football Club est un club de football anglais fondé en 1894. Le club, basé à Oldham, évolue pour la saison 2011-2012 en Football League One (troisième division anglaise).

Fondé en 1894 sous le nom de « Pine Villa », le club adopte un statut professionnel et est rebaptisé « Oldham Athletic AFC » en 1899. Il rejoint la League en 1907 (Division 2). Durant la coupe de la league 2007-2008, le club réalise un authentique exploit en éliminant Everton à l'extérieur (0-1).
