Laura Nyro (née Laura Nigro le 18 octobre 1947 à New York – 8 avril 1997 à Danbury, dans le Connecticut) est une auteur-compositeur-interprète et pianiste américaine. Sa musique mêle rock, jazz, rhythm and blues, gospel et Brill Building Pop.

Elle est surtout connue pour les titres qu'elle a écrits pour d'autres, notamment The 5th Dimension (Wedding Bell Blues, Stoned Soul Picnic, Sweet Blindness), Blood, Sweat and Tears (And When I Die), Three Dog Night (Eli's Coming) ou Barbra Streisand (Stoney End)
