Las Vegas Parano (titre original anglais: Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas: a Savage Journey to the Heart of the American Dream) est un livre de Hunter S. Thompson, paru en 1972, qui a par la suite été adapté en 1980 par Art Linson au cinéma, sous un titre différent : Where the Buffalo Roam avec Bill Murray et Peter Boyle puis, avec plus de succès, en 1998 par Terry Gilliam sous le même titre de Las Vegas Parano.
