Lee Holloway est une jeune femme timide qui décide de rechercher un emploi à la sortie de l’hôpital psychiatrique où elle se sentait en sécurité, elle se fait embaucher comme secrétaire dans le cabinet du brillant avocat E. Edward Grey. Mais un jour, son nouvel employeur en raison d'une erreur mineure de Lee, décide de lui faire subir le châtiment de la fessée. La jeune femme se surprend à apprécier la punition et implore qu'il continue leur relation sado-masochiste.
