Jastrzębie Zdrój (allemand Bad Königsdorff-Jastrzemb) est une ville du sud de la Pologne, près de la frontière tchèque, dans la voïvodie de Silésie.
La ville, qui regroupe depuis 1963 11 anciennes communes, constitue également un powiat (ville-district).
