Ian David McShane est un acteur, producteur et réalisateur britannique, né le 29 septembre 1942 à Blackburn (Royaume-Uni).

Biographie [modifier]
McShane est né à Blackburn, Lancashire, fils d'Irène (née Cowley) et du célèbre footballeur d'origine écossaise Harry McShane. McShane a grandi à Urmston, Lancashire et a etudié à Stretford Grammar School.
En 1977, il a commencé une période de cinq ans de relation tumultueuse avec Sylvia Kristel, après sa rencontre sur le tournage de Le Cinquième Mousquetaire. Il est actuellement marié à Gwen Humble.
