Howie Mandel est un acteur, producteur et scénariste canadien né le 29 novembre 1955 à Toronto (Canada). Il est entre autres l'animateur du jeu télévisé américain Deal or No Deal (= a prendre ou a laisser), version anglaise du Banquier.
