Howard Goodall, CBE, est un compositeur, acteur et scénariste britannique né le 26 mai 1958 à Bromley (Royaume-Uni).
Il est fait Commandeur de l'Ordre de l'Empire britannique le 31 décembre 2010, pour services rendus à l'éducation musicale[1].
