George Mortimer Pullman (3 mars 1831 à Brocton (New York) – 19 octobre 1897 à Chicago) est un inventeur et industriel américain. Il est particulièrement connu comme inventeur des wagon-lits Pullman que l'on nomme familièrement un « Pullman ».
