Čeština: Vlajka obce Trstěnice, okres Svitavy. List tvoří pět vodorovných pruhů, modrý, bílý, červený, bílý a modrý, v poměru 1:1:4:1:1. V červeném pruhu žlutý kříž s rameny stejně širokými jako bílé pruhy. Osa svislých ramen kříže je v první čtvrtině délky listu.
