English: Chester Hill, OH, March 6, 2005 -- A large, arched culvert replaces a twin culvert system that was overwhelmed by Hurricane Ivan floodwaters in September, 2004. When floods hit in January 2005 this new culvert worked and the road was not flooded. This project was made possible by Morgan County being made eligible for the FEMA and State Public Assistance Program. FEMA Photo/Lauren Hobart |
