Duttaphrynus hololius est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Bufonidae.

Cette espèce est endémique du sud de l'Inde, elle se rencontre au dessus de 200 m d'altitude en Andhra Pradesh et au Kerala dans les Ghâts occidentaux et orientaux, elle pourrait être présente au Karnataka et au Tamil Nadu.
