Asher Roth
Asher Paul Roth, né le 11 août 1985 à Morrisville Pennsylvanie[1], est un rappeur américain. Asher Roth est signé chez Island Records, chez Universal ainsi que chez "School Boys" le label de Scooter Braun.

En 2006, Asher sort son premier album, Believe the Hype.
Il s'est fait connaître du grand public grâce à son premier single intitulé I Love College, classé 12ème au "The Billboard Hot 100". "I Love College" a été reprit par un autre rappeur blanc, Mac Miller sous le nom "I Love High School".
Asher a rapidement été comparé à Eminem[Par qui ?], un autre rappeur américain et blanc.
Son deuxième album, Asleep In The Bread Aisle, a eu beaucoup de succès. Ce dernier a propulsé Asher Roth au sommet du rap US.[réf. nécessaire] L'album inclus de nombreux featuring.
En 2009, il collabore avec Mr Hudson sur : White Lies, extrait de "Straight No Chaser".
En 2010, Asher Roth sort une mixtape intitulée Asher Roth – Seared Foie Gras w/ Quince & Cranberry (Mixtape).
En 2011, Asher sort plusieurs autres mixtape dont 4 volumes de Radical Magical (les quatre volumes sont en écoute sur sa chaîne Sound Cloud).
En 2011, Asher sort le clip du très efficace In The Kitchen, produit par Chuck Inglish.
Le 14 septembre 2011, Asher publie le clip de Last Man Standing feat Akon. En trois jours, la vidéo est visionnée plus de 170 000 fois.[réf. nécessaire]
Depuis 2011, Asher forme un groupe avec plusieurs autres rappeurs dont : Lupe Fiasco, Bobby Ray, Diggy Simmons, J. Cole, Charles Hamilton, Wale Folarin et Pharrell Williams. Ce groupe s'appelle "All City Chess Club".
En novembre 2011, Chris Brown sort Complicated en featuring avec Asher Roth.
Le rappeur a sortit sa nouvelle mixtape, "Pabst & Jazz", le 20 décembre 2011.
Le 21 décembre 2011, Asher sort le clip de Common Knowledge.
Asher annonce un nouvel album : Is This Too Orange? pour fin 2011 - début 2012.
