la femelle est bleu-gris et le mâle est noir avec des taches grises. Elles mesurent environ 15 cm.

Taxinomie[modifier | modifier le code]

Ambystoma nothagenes[2] est un hybride Ambystoma laterale x Ambystoma texanum[3].
