Acalyptophis peronii est une espèce de serpent venimeux de la famille des Hydrophiidae, qui se rencontre du Sud de l'Asie jusqu'en Australie (Viêt Nam, Taïwan, Indonésie, Philippines, Nouvelle-Guinée…).
C'est la seule espèce du genre Acalyptophis.
